No previous football experience is necessary. We welcome student athletes to register, however you must be in grade 10 thru 12 in September of the season. There is a big need for high school football but it I might not be why you think. As a former professional player Angus Reid shares why high school football might be more important that ever.
Spring Camp 2019:
May 27-31, June 3-7; $75
NB - All players require their own mouthguards and cleats. Girdles are not mandatory but can be purchased at many stores. Two local options would be United Cycle in Edmonton or Sin Bin Sports in Sherwood Park. Here is an example:

Scots Football is a successful organization largely in part due to the dedication of countless individuals who give unselfishly of their time, talents and enthusiasm. To maintain and provide a high quality football experience for your children we require all parents to participate as part of our football CLAN and volunteer their time and talents to the team.
Together we are better.
Every season we require each student's family to commit to 2 volunteer opportunities plus volunteer for at least 2 team meals, commit to 2 shifts for pub night, as well as help at the bottle drive.
We will be collecting post dated cheques for volunteer opportunities. Three post-dated cheques for $100 each are required in case volunteer commitments are not met. Once your commitment is fulfilled, your cheque will be returned to you. You can find out more information at our Annual Parent Meeting in August.
Team meals are weekly, usually the day prior to game day. Each family is required to sign up for, supply, and serve food for at least 2 meals throughout the season.
Season fees are $350 payable to Archbishop Jordan Scots Football plus $200 will be added to your ABJ PowerSchool Account and collected directly by the School in the fall. (fees subject to change) (*Fees are non-refundable after September 5th)
EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT - Fees paid in full by September 4, 2019 will be $300 plus $200 added to your PowerSchool Account.
